He came with several cameras and valued all of our ideas, and when we became stumped he offered ideas for us to try as well. He was very professional, kind, caring, and always on top of the game taking photos. Towards the end of our night he started to put the camera away and brought it back out to catch a few final moments. He was on top of responding to all questions before, during, and after. He took photos of me and my husband before the ceremony and got some wonderful shots (it was a 95 outside wedding so this was much appreciated because we all had some sweat on our faces). But before we got Percy and our booking process with eivans it was super simple, and just an overall great experience.”

They answered all my questions and were so nice and just went above and beyond with waiving various costs and giving me early access to my photos. I also received my video earlier than I thought I would and they were very helpful with all my video revisions that I had as well. “We absolutely loved working with The Hook Club. Our amazing planner, Greenhouse Events, recommended THC, and we were sold immediately after meeting with Dan. He is super relaxed, nice, and so knowledgable. Dan and THC team made planning super easy for us. They took time to hear about our hopes and helped recommend different band sizes for us. We hadn’t heard of a DJ band before, but loved the idea of some live music with the versatility to play all sorts of music, but our venue wasn’t very big and we also didn’t want to break the bank and hire a huge band. We chose the 4 piece DJ band with singer, sax, drums, and DJ. We knew we LOVED the sax, so we also had the sax play for cocktail hour (shout out to Elijah, who was amazing), and it was one of the best parts of the night. For planning music, they sent out a very detailed and thorough spreadsheet with more songs than one could imagine, and we could rate ones we liked the most, choose ones we definitely wanted or didn't, and choose specific songs for important moments. We met a couple times to review music choices as well. One of our biggest fears with a DJ was that they'd talk too much and be a little annoying, but Dan did a great job as MC, and was very low-key like we asked but announced important moments clearly. Dan and all the musicians had such great energy and got everyone on the dance floor. Our vocalist, Christen, was also amazing — her voice was spectacular, and she was such an amazing performer and got everyone involved in the music and dancing. So many people told us how much they loved the music and the energy, and had never heard of a DJ band but thought it was an amazing concept and the addition of live music over tracks added extra excitement and fun. THC also helped out with lighting (uplights and dance lights), and worked with our fantastic planner and the venue to help us decide the best setup. Ultimately, we loved working with THC. Their DJ-band setup is unique and adds so much variety to your music while allowing for some of the energy that comes from live performers. We danced the night away and had an absolute blast. 100% would recommend THC to anyone!”

Scott was equally communicative & organized. He set up multiple calls throughout the process, and was super flexible with us when we had to change our venue & timeline 3 weeks before the wedding. He double-checked our chosen songs and made suggestions if he thought one of them wouldn't work. He really brought the party to the wedding day! Our MC Matt was top-notch. He made sure that he had everyone's names correct, that our timeline was on schedule, and was able to work on his feet when something didn't happen exactly in the timeline. He was professional and kind and brought the energy to the wedding day! This team was incredible and made our wedding a night we will never forget!! Pictures don't capture just how much fun we had! I can't recommend them enough!”

Our photos and our 10 minute video along with our 7-hours of raw footage turned out PERFECTLY. They captured our whole day! Paul our videographer was super awesome, got every angle of our wedding and including drone footage. Only mistake we made was not telling our photographer what photos we wanted of family and ideas we had wanted, so it made the photos unorganized after ceremony, but our photographer Jessica made it quick for us and captured whatever we wanted! We would have wanted our photos in front of our venue but they still turned out beautiful. I would recommend this company, time and time again!!”
